Mandatory Skills 
High proficient in C# coding with .Net 4.0/3.5/2.0
Entity Framework 4.1 or higher version.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
SQL Server 2008 R2, Profiling using Sql Profiler 
Strong in data base concepts and database design skills
Strong analytical skill, database stored procedures, functions and cursors. 
Implementing and performing Unit and Integration Testing 
Experience in project requirements gathering and client interaction
Knowledge of using Microsoft Team foundation server.

Web Specific :
Good in Asp.net
String knowledge on WCF, jquery, javascript, code and UI development.
Knowledge of MVC 3.0 & above.
Knowledge of HTML 5.
