Role- Developer BPM/ Senior Developer BPM

Looking for BPM developers with 2 to 5 years of experience with hands on experience in Business Process Management using any of the BPM tools like, IBM BPM, JBoss BPM with Chordiant framework, Pega, Lombardi.... Etc

Strong experience in XML, JavaScript and Webservices.
A minimum of 2 year experience in practical knowledge of BPM workflow engineering
Bachelors degree in Technical Management or a related field; MBA is a plus
Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong experience in application design, design patterns and performance tuning
