Exp Level - 2 to 5 Years on 

1. Hands on Web & Windows based .Net Applications ASP.Net/ C#, AJAX
2. MS SQL Database
3. Worked on Layer Based Architecture
4. Exposure on TFS for Configurations
5. MVC 4.0 added advantage
6. SSRS & SSIS  
7. Crystal Reports/RDLC Reporting
