Job Responsibilities:
* Design, Implementation, Debugging and Maintenance of system apps for devices (mobile, tablets) based on windows platform
* Should be able to port the in-house developed android based solutions onto the devices based on windows platform
* Flashing the windows platform image onto the devices and Rooting the phone
* Troubleshooting the application issues on windows devices
* System level understanding of Windows Framework
Required Profile:
Summary -
Looking for candidates with more than 4 years of hands-on experience in Windows mobile app development. The candidate should be well versed with Windows 7/8/8.1 Phone framework. Should have 4+ years of proven experience using C#/.NET to develop Windows apps for desktop, tablet or phone platforms. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge in basic frameworks to create user interfaces faster and easier. The candidate should have the ability to design, develop and debug native Windows 8 Mobile apps from specifications (with C#). Must have strong knowledge of C# Programming, OOPS, Data Structures, Design Patterns & multi-threaded applications. Good knowledge and experience of JSON, XML, XAML, REST. Good experience in using of local database and using application storage to manage user data. The candidate should have personally architected and implemented applications available in the Windows mobile phone marketplace
Skills Required:
* 4+ years in Win Mobile Development
* Hands on experience working with Application development on windows phone
* Good knowledge on different versions of Windows phone and its platform architecture.
* Design, development and debug native Windows phone 8/8.1 apps (silverlight/winrt with C#).
* Must have strong knowledge of C# Programming, XML, XAML, OOPS, Data Structures.
* Implementation knowledge on Silverlight.
* Platform Architecture for windows
* Experience with developing for other operating systems (e.g. iPhone or Android) is a big plus.
* Network connectivity (HTTP, raw sockets or otherwise).
* Experience with Mobile Web technologies including HTML 5 and CSS3 is a big plus.
* Good Exposure to .Net framework.
* Exposure to Azure will be an added advantage
* Hands on experience in C#, XAML, WPF
* Windows phone 8.1, Expression Blend, Consuming Rest APIs(HTTP, HTTPS)
* Hands on experience in consuming REST APIs.
* Hands on experience in testing windows app.
